To add a blog to the system, blogger has to confirm his right to run it. This can be done by means of uploading a file of specific kind to a server hosting that blog or by placing a line or a special meta tag in a blog post (see blogger’s toolbar).

A blog may be added to OmegaLinks system after undergoing obligatory moderation, which is an indispensable condition of using the system. Every submitted blog is immediately marked “on moderation”. The maximum period between submission and reviewing is 24 hours. If a blog is approved, it is marked “active”. If our moderators decline a blog, it will be marked “declined” and the reason will be specified.

The system admits blogs dealing with any subject area, as long as their content does not violate law and is not automatically generated.

The system administration reserves the right to decline blogs running other link sale systems along with OmegaLinks, as it may result in insufficient improvement of advertisers’ search engine rankings.

Blogs hosted on 2nd and 3rd level domains can be admitted to the system.

Blogger may begin to sell links in his blog immediately after approval. Before that moment his blog stays invisible for advertisers and cannot be sent requests.

To protect the value of links from the aspect of search engines algorithms, OmegaLinks system places a limit on the number of advertisers’ links in one post. There can be no more than 5 of them.

. It’s desirable for advertiser to have his links placed on the main page of the blog. That’s why our system checks not only the specified post but also blog’s main page for the link. Check result is reported to advertiser.

Links and posts are sold forever.

Blogger is free to set prices of links and posts in his blog. Still it’s recommended to learn the average price of similar links in the system (see “submit blog” bar).

Blogger gets paid for publishing a link not until advertiser approves the completed order

In order to purchase links or posts advertiser has to create a request containing relevant links and anchors or a post text. The next step is to find suitable blogs using system search tools and send a request to blogger.

After sending a request, a part of funds from advertiser’s balance equal to the amount of transaction is blocked. This measure makes it possible to guarantee advertiser’s ability to pay.

Blogger gets final payment not until advertiser approves the completed order.

At the moment the two payment methods of the system are Webmoney and PayPal.

Payout requests are processed weekly.

Funds introduction fee is 5 %.

The system fee for bloggers is 10 %.

The system fee for advertisers is 10 %.

The system administration reserves the right to refuse participation to any blogger or advertiser at anytime without sending a preliminary notice or explaining reasons.

Advertiser or blogger have the right to call off a deal before a task performance is approved by advertiser. In this case blocked funds will be returned to advertiser’s balance.
